The quiet life of a Moravian village is disturbed by a strange phenomenon. Amateur astronomer Blazej is convinced that there is a visitor from space. But no one believes him. When I went to the cinema, I thought it would be some kind of silly village comedy babovresky, and it was true that this was better than almost everything. The CGI was way above average by Czech standards this year, it can only surpass bod obnovy, but there are big differences between bod obnovy in quality, I don’t know if it’s OK to compare them to films. But I think this won’t go far beyond the Czech and Slovak borders, mainly because of the scarcasm that focuses on Moravia. The story of a UFO landing in a small Moravian village is not something extraordinary, nor is it the best Czech film this year.
